Yes I have looked in the logs, I use the merge-logs and the Sipviewer.
I noticed that all my hardware authorizes on the second Register.
But the request from the Asterisk seems to be repeating continuously
just incrementing Cseq, every 20 sec.

It's normal to get a 401 response to the first (unauthenticated)
REGISTER request; it's the next one that's important.

Have you looked in sipxregistrar.log ?  It usually logs what's wrong.
