There should be a log entry in the /var/log/sipxpbx/sipregistrar.log
that says why the registration from Asterisk fails.

That just shows that the registrar did not like the registration - it
very carefully does not say why not.  The log should have an ERR entry
somewhere that says why not (indeed, if the Asterisk is sending one
every 20 seconds, the log should have lots of them).
