Perhaps you should read the notes from Polycom on what firmware version 3.1.2 fixes, to see if "freezing" with certain configuration parameters is something that solves?

However, the issue we are having is the Polycom 330 phones freeze at random times, there is no pattern that causes the freeze. I do recall from the list members indicating ROM 4.1.2 and SIP 3.1.1 is stable for Polycom 330. But its definitely not here, they keep freezing every now and then. Is there any specific configuration that I need to do on SipX side? Or what can you suggest to overcome this intermittent freezing? Would appreciate your help greatly.
