Hi Gerald,

I looked at the configurations but not sure what could cause the freezing.

Is there a reference configuration anywhere that I can use for 
working-reference for Polycom 330s SIP 3.1.1 for sipX 3.10.3?

For clarification, I have grouped the phones by department-names and I 
edit edit each department-group to the same settings and published after 
done.

Could it be related with a corrupted reference .xml file under 
polycom/mac.id../  on sipx installation?
I am suspecting whether the yum update from sipx 3.8 (was using ROM 4 
and SIP 2.2.2 back then) to 3.10.3 (followed by

Would appreciate if someone can direct me to a reference XML file that i 
can counter check
