Hi Paul,

You are right! , the Server Menu was set to TrivialFTP.

However, I didnt change anything either on phoneside or SipX while 
deploying the phones.

I have just changed my phone to FTP and will be testing tomorrow to see 
if the freeze will go away.

Is there a section under SipX which i can set this as "default" for all 
Polycom 330 phones (we have %99 330s and two 430s) ?

I couldnt locate while browsing the settings. If there is that would be 
a life saver!!!
