Hi Paul, You are right! , the Server Menu was set to TrivialFTP.
However, I didnt change anything either on phoneside or SipX while deploying the phones. I have just changed my phone to FTP and will be testing tomorrow to see if the freeze will go away. Is there a section under SipX which i can set this as "default" for all Polycom 330 phones (we have %99 330s and two 430s) ? I couldnt locate while browsing the settings. If there is that would be a life saver!!! Looking forward to hear from You. All the best!
