Hi Paul,

Unfortunately the changes didnt help. Polycom 330s on ROM 4.12 SIP 3.1.1 
still freezes frequently. From 12 noon to 4pm, phones freeze at least 5 
times!

I am desperate to find a solution.

Anything You can advise?
