Just a quick follow up. I configured the clients as per your direction Tony (except I used domain dmz.alanmckay.com instead of alanmckay.com since this is on my internal sub-domain that I used for addressing on my private subnet) and the calls now stay up as long as I want them to! But I still cannot dial directly - only can dial from the contacts list.
So a good step in the right direction! I think I"ll have some time this afternoon to go through the rest of your emails and collect the rest of the info. BTW, since I'll be looking more into the tracing and reading the traces, does anyone have examples they can give me of traces of successfully completed calls?
