That trace doesn't have any INVITE in it - if the caller is sending one,
it's not getting to the proxy (or wasn't found by that search).

... and looking at traces isn't a bad start.

If you have a Windoze PC around, you can get an installer for the viewer
from:
   http://interop.sipxecs.org/sipviewer-install.jar
