Ok, I've been reading your posts, and I would like to help you but you need to provide some real information. Answer these 5 questions will provide a lot of background to your issue. 1. Confirm your phones and your sipx installation are on the same subnet. 2. Where is your DNS zone file for your domain hosted? on sipx itself, or somewhere else? Make sure the xlite and sipx are using the same DNS server. 3. Did you perform the preflights tests from sipxconfig to make sure they passed? Are your services running? Do you get an error when invoking service sipxpbx restart from the CLI on the sipx system? They should all read OK with no warnings. 4. Can you see your lines (xlite) register in sipx? 5. For simplicity sake during testing, change the PIN and SIP PASSWORD to something easy, like 200 for line 200, to make typos less problematic (click advanced in user setting in sipxconfig). It's my suspicion the phones haven't registered because the configuration in xlite is wrong or something is not absolutely finished in your sipx installation. If everything is right as rain, and you've done steps 1-5 and all looks perfect, I suggest editing xlite config as follows: ACCOUNT TAB displayname; test1 username; 200 password; 200 authorization username; 200 domain; alanmckay.com domain proxy CHECKED send outbound via DOMAIN VOICEMAIL Check voicemail; CHECKED Numer to dial: sip:[email protected] sending calls to voicmail; sip:[email protected] send calls to voicemail: 20 seconds ADVANCED reregister; 3600 min; 20 max; 1800 send sip keep alives; CHECKED use rport; UNCHECKED _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users
