From looking at this thread I believe that the issue was not fix, correct?? I'm having the exact same issue, also, another issue that I believe is related to this one is that the ACD can't call the Cisco phones either. I tried many different things in the past and was unsuccessful on both count but did see some similar things between the Polycom/ACD and the Cisco phones. Can someone tells me what do they need to troubleshoot this further and possible find a solution?? I know one of the first things would be a trace/packet capture from a polycom phone calling a cisco phone and vice versa, is a Wireshark one ok?? Let me know, I really would like to figure this out.
