 I had it setup all internally, I was able to call from
Cisco to polycom and talk but from polycom to Cisco it would
go directly to VM, this was a while back but I'll set it all
up again and see because I could use it. Also, I had the
same issue from the ACD, if I added the Cisco phones to the
ACD and sign in and then call the ACD it would just sit on
the ACD and never go to the phone, when I set the Polycom
instead it would work just fine. On both cases I'd capture
the traffic going into the Cisco and see the traffic hitting
the Cisco phone and getting rejected with an sip error
message, I'll have to do it again to give you the message
number.

 I'll need a few days to set this back up and I'll posted as
soon as I do it.
