1 - The FTP server is running the Cisco 7960 phones can reboot just fine,
and I see the DHCPDISCOVER, DHCPOFFER and TFT request perfectly.

2 - I deleted one of the Polycom 550s manually from the database and tried
to re-add the phone, as soon as I click on the Polycom 550 to add it, the
same error " An internal error has occurred. Click here to continue. "
and it logs me off, then log file shows the error
