That looks strange to me.

1. Is the server behind nat?
2. If so is the server behind nat option checked?
3. is nat traversal checked?
4. If you have a static ip address for your public ip address, is it entered
under server nat?
5. have you properly filled out your local subnets from the defaults?

If not, address those items. Then explain where the phone is in relation to
your server (same subnet, vpn connected, remote, etc.).
