Forgot to mention I changed the IP addresses and hostnames to invalid ones for security. Everything else is correct. >1. Is the server behind nat? No, the server has a dedicated connection without NAT. >2. If so is the server behind nat option checked? I unchecked the option because the server is not behind NAT. Just in case I just tried to register with the option checked but it fails. >3. is nat traversal checked? Yes. >4. If you have a static ip address for your public ip address, is it entered under server nat? Yes, just looked at it and it's correctly entered. >5. have you properly filled out your local subnets from the defaults? Yes they are properly filled. The phone is remotely connected via internet. Every other phone or ATA works well with the same setup. Should I try setting up a VLAN? _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
