I disabled both QoS and the SPI Firewall (no ALG) and the
problem remained, same error.

After that I tried using a different router connected to a
different ISP and it didn't work, same error.

Then I tried connecting the phone directly to the internet,
the phone had a public IP address and still didn't work and
returned the same error.
