Yes, this can be done. In 4.2.1 you need to enable efk and upload the efk bundle and add the diversion "enabled" for the desired line. You CANNOT do this from the cellphone or DTMF, it is done from the polycom handset only. It DOES work for me to use a PSTN number (not an internal number only), but i am running 4.5 snapshot.
