There is one forwarding scenario that this doesn't cover: unconditional forwarding. There are scenarios where it is preferable for the desk set never to ring. Afaik sipx doesn't have this capability, it is phone dependent

I've got a customers that are doing similar things on the freeswitch side, but nothing that accomplishes this specifically.
