For those inclined, it would not take much to create a freeswitch extension script that collects forward digits and calling party and pass it to another script (perl, php, python - API) that updates the forward rules for the user. I've got a customers that are doing similar things on the freeswitch side, but nothing that accomplishes this specifically.
