There is one forwarding scenario that this doesn't cover: unconditional 
forwarding. There are scenarios where it is preferable for the desk set never 
to ring. Afaik sipx doesn't have this capability, it is phone dependent

Although if you set up forwarding and then put your phone into "Do Not 
Disturb", you should get the desired effect.
