I have gotten MWI working on Linksys 2102 ATA devices.  It gives a stutter tone 
as well as (on analog phones that implement this feature) a visual indicator 
fro waiting voicemail.

This feature is not enabled by default in the Sipx profiles for this device. 
See the ATA2102 Wiki page for instructions on how to enable it.
