I'm not clear how the audiocodes comes into play?
My understanding is that it's the ATA or phone which needs to support this 
function. I have VMI and VMWI enabled on the remote device. 

I started testing this yesterday on the LAN side of sipx and even with those 
options enabled on the local device, the MWI isn't working consistently.  Works 
one day, doesn't the next. 

Replies suggest that the data is being passed to the device by default on sipx 
so not sure what's going on.
