Makes total sense but the problem I'm seeing is that one day it works on a device, the next it's not working on the same device. It could be something we've changed and haven't realized it yet but we can't think of anything we've done recently on this particular system. The phone I'm testing is always connected locally, sometimes it's red indicator goes on when there are messages, sometimes it doesn't. For the last couple of days, we've noticed it doesn't.
