I've installed sipxecs-4.4.0-192.ga8beb-x86_64.iso
Domain name: mydomain.org
Alias: sipx.mydomain.org
Alias: 192.168.160.114
These are the steps that I followed:
1. Install and start OpenACD:
yum install sipxopenacd
service mongod start
service sipxecs restart
2. add Call center role
3. in OpenACD UI:
c node: freeswitch@sipx
dial string: {ignore_early_media=true}sofia/mydomain.org/$1
create sales queue with the following skills : english, all
4. in sipX UI:
create agent 401 in Default group
5. in OpenACD UI add skills for this agent: english, all, sales,
default_queue
6. in sipX UI add Call center line:
Extension: 333
Queue: Sales
Welcome message: /usr/share/www/doc/stdprompts_en/welcome.wav
7. log in OpenACD UI:
Username: 401
VoIP Endpoint: PSTN Number
VoIP Endpoint Data: sip:[email protected]
and press 'go available'
==> calling 333, the agent 401 is ringing
