Hi Irena,
I tried OpenACD in Fresh ISO 4.4.0 but it didn't work for me...I
don't know whats wrong in my configuration.For me calls are not going to
queue only.Hope I had done some mistake in setting.Again when I have
time I will retest it and let you know the update.
I hope old ACD is working fine for you in 4.4.0.Please feel free to
ask query if I know I will update you..
