I have a user that doesn't have their own voicemail, but checks the voicemail of another user - ext 298.
I have set up subscriptions to the MWI of the other mailbox, so the MWI lights. However, I'd like to configure their polycom message button to go straight to the voicemail of 298 instead of having to press pound, dial the extension, then enter the password. I know I can add another line and use that, but I'd like to keep my lines free for BLF use. Thanks. [cid:[email protected]]
