I'll do that when we see the issues again because right now they're working. The problem is they (Polycom phones) never download the bootrom and app but if you replace them with exact same files it works. Like I said, I'm not sure what makes them break because originally they work just fine then all of a sudden they stop working, don't know if its a config change, a phone group change or what. We currently only have 2 - 4.4.0 systems but I am getting ready to upgrade the other 20 - 4.0.4 systems. As I see it I will update with this info.
