You couldn't pay me to use Flex IP. Nothing but trouble with it. It also 
doesn't support outbound faxing, at least that what's AT&T told me after I dug 
out the bit in their own bloody documentation that states that and showed it to 
them.

AT&T Flex Reach
Gafachi
Global Crossing

None have exactly been certified yet. I can tell you gafachi and I went many 
rounds and we never got that resolved. At&T flex means you need to have an SBC 
because they won't send to you on port 5080. I've never been able to get GC to 
return my calls.
