Does GoodReader (or some other iOS PDF reader/annotater) support
reading or writing skim notes? I love skim dearly, but I pine for some
compatibility between annotations on my Mac and my iPad.

I haven't switched from skim to preview.app yet (not a threat!), but I
can verify that preview's annotations are viewable and editable in PDF
Expert on the iPad, which is extremely convenient with Dropbox
syncing. I would be happy to hear about anyone's PDF reading workflow
that involves skim and an iPad.
