Thank you very much, finally I got what I need to know. When I reinstall the OS X, how should I do to get back my bookmarks in Skim using "Library/Preferences/net.sourceforge.skim-app.skim.bookmarks.plist"? I can just add it to the Library trough the Finder or I have to use Terminal. If I need to use Terminal to put them back, how should I do it?
