This is what I got in the Terminal after I used the command "ls -l
Library/Preferences/*.skim.*"

Last login: Sun Apr 10 19:56:48 on ttys000
Stefanos-MBP:~ Stefano$ ls -l Library/Preferences/*.skim.*
-rw-------  1 Stefano  staff   5525 Apr 10 14:00
Library/Preferences/net.sourceforge.skim-app.skim.LSSharedFileList.plist
-rw-------  1 Stefano  staff  21833 Apr 10 19:03
Library/Preferences/net.sourceforge.skim-app.skim.bookmarks.plist
-rw-------  1 Stefano  staff   2896 Apr 10 14:00
Library/Preferences/net.sourceforge.skim-app.skim.plist
Stefanos-MBP:~ Stefano$ 

Now,if I look in the Library~ Preference~ I do not have any Skim Preferences
file there.
