Hello Yes it's seems that the CDS url request was modified. We discussed of that on a French forum, so, when you change the "+" by "%2b" in the CDC browser the USNO loading is Ok.
But we cannot change directly the browser line of CDC. The better will be to get a update of CDC with a new browser for CDS ?? (= by changing the extres.ini ??).
