You'll have to add "non-free" to your main Debian archive line in
sources.list -> then do an apt-get update, apt-get install pine.

I don't use it myself, so that could be inaccurate. I heartily recommend
mutt. :)

You poor soul! Hope that helps you get out of The Evil One. ;)

Sorry - can't help with that one. :)

Edit your XF86Config file and set the protocol to "IMPS/2"

I have no idea why none of the X tools mention this (even xf86cfg for
X4.0.1!)

Not quite as simple as ntsysv, but it does the same thing: update-rc.d

You're not running an x86? Sometimes we have to suffer the consequences of
non-free software. I didn't think they even listed non-x86 Linux binaries...
Email Real and harass them for us. :)

Hmmm. I don't know about licq. But if you want help with those errors,
you'll need to tell us what they are...

apt will work out the dependencies for you. Sounds like something's amiss
between licq-data and openssl, but I'm not sure (I use GnomeICU)...
Normally, all these things are worked out.

apt-get install mpg123 ;)
