Actually, like I said, the reason I post this here (after "its all
over") is to create an awareness for those who never heard of GNU. I
read stories of how GNU project was formed and the spirit behind the
effort that drive the project, and built a free complete free system
which was not seen possible by many at that time.

No doubt, if Linux kernel was created without GNU, packages can be
added on top of the kernel to create a full system like GNU/Linux
today. But without GNU GPL or even the fundamental of Free software
itself, many non-Copyleft Linux and packages can be made propietary
over time. And Linux will be either for geek-only, or turn propietary
for home user. The ideology of free software might have vanished.

I understand some of you are stuck with the term 'Linux' and believe
strongly in it. Linus has been seen the creator of all these, in your
mind. I was one of your kind once, though not anymore. I have no
ambition to changed that view point in you. But I appreciate all the
thought-provoking comments, regardless of view points.

Thanks.
