Ray, With all due respect, I did my research. 6 months ago we were not seeing these issues. The units were working fine until I "upgraded" the firmware.
Why should I not complain about an investment I made months ago that has ceased to work. Do you suggest I throw the equipment away and start over? I am not spending my energy complaining - I'm spending my energy trying to protect my investment. I did my ersearch, and I am again doing research - looking into alternatives, like you said.
