i can see no way to change which serial device is provided by the ipmi sol 
device ... after disabling com1/com2 in the bios, smartos shows /dev/term/c as 
the only device.

i believe i understand how to point grub in that direction, but then how do i 
go about having smartos connect a getty to that? i'm seeing console messages on 
sol but no login prompt.
