You should have a look at their site and the docs available. If you are using any type of an OS with a GUI, you might wanna have a look at the java app. It is pretty simple to use. You seem to be having quite alot of trouble with the ipmitool commandline tool. One thought: Did you ever setup the ipmi interface on the supermicro boxes (maybe this was asked already). If you having configured this, then you are **ssing in the wind with ipmitool.
