Hi Martin That error message would suggest your mac's unable to connect to the server, could be either a temporary failure or a problem with your internet connection. One thing to make sure is that you restart after setting your date & time back to normal. If you start up with an odd time, say 1970, your computer won't be able to unlock your keychain, so won't be able to access any saved passwords, making SSL communication difficult.
Try restarting or logging out and back in, see if that helps. Also you could use mail.me.com rather than mail.mac.com Regards Sam MacAmbulance Providing affordable Apple & PC services Sam Mullen 07747 778022 http://www.macambulance.co.uk [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Sussex Mac User Group" group.
