Thanks for that tip Paul but 10 minutes of playing with 2 separate pdfs I have 
failed to create one combined pdf. I can drag and drop (icon of 2nd pdf) into 
sidebar but then I don't have the option to Save As only Save a Version or 
Duplicate (which reverts the pdf to just a single page). So a bit foxed at the 
moment.
