My son got his iPhone 5 repaired as he'd smashed the screen. It immediately started behaving as if someone was tapping the screen randomly - at first it was sporadically misbehaving and now we can't type in the pass code as it fills in numbers randomly. We're now permanently locked out as the wrong passcode has been entered so many times. It's asking me to access iTunes. I'm backing it up as I guess we will lose all the data. But I took it back to the phone repair shop and they blamed the problem with the screen on the fact that my son had upgraded to iOS9 even though it was misbehaving before the change of iOS. I'm positive that they've replaced the screen badly but they refuse to take any responsibility. What can I do? Is there anything I can do via iTunes?
