If the problem was because of an upgrade to iOS9 then all of us on iOS9 around 
the world would not be able to type in our passcode!! What a load of tripe.

They haven’t repaired it properly and their answer makes no sense. Let them 
know that you’ll post a message on Facebook, Twitter and SMUG to say that 
people should avoid them. That might make them sit up ;-)
