Charles is the one that brought up helmets. You are entitled to your opinion as much as I am. You might find it ridiculous to fine an 8 y/o, I see it as him learning a lesson so that next time he might be more careful when he's out jumping sand hills on his bike and watch out for traffic and possibly save his life.
my point is fining him aint gonna stop it gee my mom and dad had to pay a ticket i guess ill be more careful and not do fun stuff with my friends.....yeah thats a philosophy most 8 yr old kids think of
