Speakeasy does allow resale if fact if you like they will take care of
the billing for you for customers that share your connection.

They are very forward thinking. They encourage sharing and resale.

They are a little pricey but the service and support is great.

Speakeasy allows sharing, http://www.speakeasy.net as long as you are
not
"reselling". Best to verify any providers terms before signing up. I've
used the service since late last year. Once the DSL router was properly
configured, the service has been flawless.
