I was just saying that an Rx-Tx switching time of 100 msec is acceptable,
I don't know the real switching time of a relay.

The Delta 44 (and the Audiophile 192) do not have a microphone input
to switch in instead of the line input. Both cards have just the
line input (2 or 4 channels). So there is nothing to switch inside
the card, except possibly the gain, but I would be much surprized
if a gain change would take so long to prevent a reasonable
Rx/Tx switching time.

This is true, but before saying that a 4x4 card is a must, I think that
a bit of investigation on the time needed to do a gain change should
be performed. Unless the guys at Flexradio have already measured it,
in which case it would be interesting to know the results.
