Your main problem will be having both SDRadio and PowerSDR running at
the same time because in order to tune and change bands you have to
use the PowerSDR software ... So you'll have to figure out a way to
get PowerSDR to tune the SDR-1000 but route the outputs to SDRadio and
disable the outputs from PowerSDR ... it's probably doable but you
never know how well they'll play together until you try

As for specifics on how to do it I can't help much because I don't
have an SDR-1000
