it does create a lot of opportunities for anger and complaints, not
compensated by excitement.   you get sneak peeks, silent videos that leave
everything opened, then the launch a month later, where you only get the
the 3 marketing bullet points, then you get the fix list only at ship time
a month later. that's three months of complaining. marketing doesn't
understand how the product and market they are in.  they think they are
selling consumer products
