Speaking of integrating Blender into a pipeline: what do you use to get stuff in and out of Blender? Every couple of months I think "this would be nice to do in Blender" and then I spend too much time trying to get data in/out. Although the last stuff I tried with fbx didn't turn out that bad (camera rotation was messed up). Still waiting for a alembic plugin.... cheers, Thomas
