Although I personally voted for 4rd, I acknowledge how important it is to make a choice, and that the WG expressed a clear preference for Encapsulation. Since some the identified limitations of MAP-E can easily eliminated in a new draft, as noted in particular by Mark and myself, I support Encapsulation as the WG choice for standard track.
