I really appreciate your great chairing in IETF84.
I support *MAP-E* as the basis for the proposed standard stateless solution.

As you might know,Japan already has nation wide IPv6 service.
Operators has interesting in softwire wg decision for stateless IPv4 over IPv6.
Many Japanese vendors already supported draft-murakami-softwire-4rd.
It is convenient for JAPAN,if MAP-E(encapsulation solution) would be selected 
as the standard technology.
We can move forward easily.
