t'Llhweiir sent a query: What operatives do we have in place? She expected
the response to come later.
The query was acknowledged as received.

"Thank you, Doctor, for overseeing his care. I will be in contact later.
t'Llhweiir out."
There was no way Carrhae could express her appreciation for Basco's protection
of Matthew's unique condition. She wanted to be there herself when he
awakened, but she had an obligation she had to honor.
Speaking of which, she turned her attention back to her old friend, Samuel,
and observed him carefully. As his new chief-of-staff, she would have to be
even more concerned that he use his resources carefully. She was concerned
about how he was handling the stress of the day.
She stood and walked towards him. She said nothing until she sat down beside
Lasiter. "Samuel," she said in a whisper pitched only for him to hear, "How are you?"
Lasiter had already scaned the report once, and had started a second run through.
Although, by the time Carrhae had come up he was no longer scanning, but merely
staring straight through the PADD. His thoughts were elsewhere.
t'Llhweiir's whisper brought him back to reality, and he answered quickly and just as
quietly. "I'll be fine. Time heals all wounds." She sensed his honesty, as she
sensed the remnants of his deep seated anger. She knew, probably better than anyone
(save M'Rrenn), the size capabilities of his temper. Which was usually slow to set in
motion to volcanic sized erruptions. However, these were not usual times, and those
on the answering end to his questions needed to be on their game.
