If Venasians were physically capable of emitting a sigh, she would have. However, since she wasn't, she countered with, "Why *weren't* you here, Doctor? Someone called me into do emergency surgery on Admiral Garibaldi because there weren't any qualified medical staff on duty." Suddenly, she was on the receiving end of doctor's orders...
"I was indisposed with burn victims. While I am sure that the Admiral appreciated your efforts, I am concerned that you aren't getting the rest that you need."
"I am aware of that," Serana said, "And I fully intend to return to my quarters to rest when Dr. Brennan comes out of his healing trance and can take over Admiral Garibaldi's care."
